Education
Ruff Start STX believes that creating lasting change begins with education. Our Humane Education Program brings engaging, age-appropriate lessons to schools, camps, day cares, after-school programs, and other youth organizations across St. Croix. Through interactive presentations and hands-on activities, we teach children about responsible pet ownership, animal welfare, kindness, empathy, and safe interactions with animals.
By helping young people develop compassion and respect for animals, we're investing in a future where pets are better cared for and communities are stronger. Whether we're visiting a classroom for a single lesson or partnering on a larger educational event, our goal is to inspire the next generation of responsible pet owners and animal advocates.
